The works that Luis Fernando Roldán has made during his life are so different that at first glance it is difficult to understand that it is the same person who did them. But what is it to be the same person? There are different ways of understanding identity: one way out is to look for what is common, what is always the same, and another to assume complexity, looking at the parts carefully and studying the ways in which they are connected and related.
