Statement
Founded by Ricardo Rego in 2002, LURIXS: Contemporary Art is located in Rio de Janeiro, with a curatorial axis focused on Brazilian Concrete and Neo-concrete movements - and also on the complex legacy of those art movements in contemporary art. The gallery represents contemporary artists, amongst are José Bechara and Raul Mourão, and established artists such as Hélio Oiticica and Geraldo de Barros.
