Statement

At first glance these my landscapes are serene, but they are charged with an intensity as they present nature reduced to its essential elements: light, air, space; With this, they are loaded with implicit elements: human elements that question us about history, territory and displacement. With meditated colors and a fine brushstroke, layers of oil paint are created with changing gradients, the horizon lines separate the human and metaphysical worlds, capturing loneliness, serenity, longing and memory through a disturbing balance, leaving behind representative naturalism. to offer an intimate world full of questions that will touch each viewer differently.
