Eduardo Stupia
Bio
Eduardo Stupia was born in 1951, in Vicente Lopez. He studied at Manuel Belgrano Bellas Artes School of arts, in Buenos Aires. He is an essential artist related to drawing redefinition and Argentinian contemporary art.
He exhibits locally and internationally. He has also participated in awards and art salons since 1973.
He has been recognized with two of the most importants prices in his country: the big price at Salon Nacional, and the drawing big price of Manuel Belgrano Municipal Salon.
In 2012, he was invited to Sao Paulo Bienal. He made individual exhibitions at Recoleta Cultural Center, Parque España Cultural Center of Rosario, Bellas Artes Museum of Neuquen and Fortabat Collection. Represented by Jorge Mara-La Ruche, he has also participated in national fairs such as ArteBA and internationals as well, like Pinta Art Fair and ARCO Madrid Fair.
