Ambra Polidori (Mexico, 1954) Mexican artist, who through diverse genres of the fine arts, such as photography, installation, and video, makes a call for attention to the political and social situations of human suffering that arise as a result of the present conflicts. Her work has been exposed in several museums and galleries worldwide and forms part of important public and private collections. 

Statement

Political photography that explores the capacity of collective imagination and the potential for action. This work suggests an ethical imagination that allows us to question existing structures and perhaps aim at a more comprehensive reform of the structures of society or economic power. It also directs our gaze to our own community and to the state of civil society.
