Bio
Tatiana Parcero (Mexico, 1967) She received an MFA in photography from New York University and the International Center of Photography (NYU/ICP). She has participated in exhibitions in Mexico, USA, Spain, Argentina, England, Italy, Puerto Rico, France, Japan, Brazil, Cuba, and Finland. Her work is part of prestigious public and private collections such as The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, TX, The Museum of Latin American Art, (MoLAA), Lowe Art Museum, University of Miami, FL, among others.
Statement
A work of great beauty where the body and its connections with the world are explored through naturalistic drawings, anatomical schemes, and landscapes. Through this work, the artist addresses the issue of identity, nature, and ancestral knowledge through a poetic from the corpus.
