Statement
The protagonists of this series of oil paintings on canvas, are children, whom I copy from anonymous photographs of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, visual sources that are repeatedly cited in my work since the nineties, that, decontextualised from their original activities, concentrate and execute actions as methodical and precise as in this new strange and inexplicable environment, but now immersed in a blue atmosphere that floods the entire surface of the fabric with the exception of some details that I make in full color, disarticulating a homeogenic chromatic structure to favor the coexistence of multiple planes on the same support.
