Statement

The problem of light and space are the axis of the plastic development. Influenced by the Zen spirit the artist transits the ambiguity of the negative space as a possible response to the Void together with the light, its variations and apparent compositional contradictions from the informal to the formal. Develops a flat geometry in binary oppositions; line and plane; color and monochrome; grid tension and network extension. In the conceptual framework the artist draws on elements of Zen thought, alchemy, the classical philosophy.
