Ricardo Benaim

Ricardo Benaim (Caracas, 1949). Graduated from the Institute of Design Neumann Foundation of Caracas in 1972, studied techniques of recorded at Atelier 63 in Paris between 1980-82 and since then date until 1986 he enters the Pratt Institute in New York, where he also works as a teacher. In his active career, he has presented individual exhibitions in Venezuela, France, Argentina, Colombia, Puerto Rico, the United States, Japan, Brazil, and Canada, among which stand out: «Latin American Utopias», Art Museum of the Americas, Washington (1991); «Utopias», Gallery Diana Lowenstein, Buenos Aires, and Ambrosino Gallery, Coral Gables (1992); “A vision of GAIA”, Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas Sofía Imber and “VII Festival de America do Sul”, Corumbá, Brazil (2011).
