Plataforma ArtBase opens its doors to the public in March 2019 with the intention of offering an exhibition space for emerging contemporary art in the city of Puebla, consolidating a platform that links national and international artists with institutions and art enthusiasts.
The Platform is a laboratory in which artists are accompanied in their production and dissemination process, seeking to encourage and position a local artistic production of conceptual and intellectual rigor and bring the general public closer to contemporary art.
Plataforma ArtBase is also an international art production and management agency. The space seeks, in addition to showing contemporary artistic proposals, to serve as an articulator social offering an agenda dedicated to various audiences that promotes dynamics of training and linkage between the local, national and international artistic community. One of the main objectives of the space is to guide artists to achieve their professional goals of proliferation and longevity in their careers; expanding its visibility through exposure to various agents of contemporary art, such as: curators, collectors and art institutions.
