Bio
Eugenia Torre is a visual artist and contemporary ceramist. She was born in Buenos Aires in 1969 and has been there since 2015 after living and working in Italy (Volterra-Tuscany) for a few years.
She graduated in 2003 from the National Academy of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and a National Professor degree in Painting.
In 2003, she established her personal brand MET CERAMICA, exclusively dedicated to the design and production of unique pieces: functional objects, items, author pieces, and wall sculptures.
Her artistic journey includes workshops, art and ceramic residencies, seminars, and workshops, as well as teaching at different art institutes (I.U.N.A – A.B.M).
Her work is exhibited in collective and individual exhibitions, art fairs, and art markets across the Americas and Europe. Some of her pieces are part of private collections and museums.
Currently, she works in her studios in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Italy.

Working with clay is a certain kind of magic and a wonderful experience of freedom and depth to express my selfhood, my inner imaginary and poetic world. My work is in constant movement and transformation
