Sandra Mazzini

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1990. Lives and works in São Paulo, Brazil.
Has a degree in Visual Arts at Unesp (Brazil). Her painting proposes an alteration from the real starting from new perspectives that are presented through the visual vibrant layers created in her artworks. The poetic possibilities of her work are presented by the blend from precision with lightness on her artistic gestures. The artist brings the viewer into her process, and proposes an altered reality by means of sculpture, scales, cutting and color gradation, that are explicit on her canvas. Her works were already exhibited in important art institutions such as National Republic Museum (Brasília, Brazil) and the Art Museum of Ribeirão Preto and Farol Santander (Brazil), her paintings are included in important public and private collections.
