Luz Iriarte was born on May 31, 1974 in the city of Buenos Aires
Luz tells us that her childhood and adolescence were spent between the cities of Tokyo, The Hague and Cairo, that her interest in art was born as a girl as her passion for the seas, and painting seas has intensified since 2013 with the help of Rosario Briones with works where she expresses it in an abstract way, where she uses mostly bright and cheerful colors.
Statement
Today he titles his exhibition "Deep Blue" a mixture of blues and seas, a series that emerged in the climate of space by Lelo Freixas. His work is of an intensity directed towards joy, towards the desire to live, the optimism that is born from his stains on the canvas. The interpretation of space with light and color promotes the physical feeling of color, here blue.
Blue denotes purity, respect and wisdom. In addition, blue is associated with rational thought, through the feelings that we just mentioned, but it also has spiritual connotations and is often linked to fantasy and the illusion of the unreal such as dreams
