Wifredo Lam
Bio
Wifredo Lam was born in Sagua la Grande, Cuba in 1902. He graduated from San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts in Havana, Cuba. He moves to Spain, New York and later Paris were worked. He is considered among the most prominent artists of the 20th century.
Statement
Lam combines radical modern styles with primitive art.
