Bio
Matías Amici (1982) Buenos Aires Argentina
Visual artist, specialized in graphic techniques. He graduated in 2005 from the Antonio Berni School of Visual Arts, as a teacher. In 2011 he was selected and sponsored to train in lithographic techniques at the Tamarind Institute (University of New Mexico, USA). In 2010 he created MAGMA, a space dedicated to the production, teaching and dissemination of lithography in Argentina. There he produces his work and works as a masterprinter for numerous Argentine and foreign artists. He has been making solo and group shows since 2005 in Argentina and in cities in France, Spain, Italy, Poland, the United States, Portugal, Lithuania, Chile and Brazil. He regularly participates in national salons and international biennials. He received several distinctions, of which the following stand out: Honorable mention at the III International Lithography Competition in Kielce, Poland; 3rd Engraving Acquisition Prize at the 65th Visual Arts Hall of the City of Buenos Aires, Eduardo Sívori Museum, Jury Mention at the 105th National Visual Arts Hall, Engraving discipline, Jury Mention at the 63rd Manuel Belgrano Plastic Arts Hall, Monocopy discipline.

Statement
It began its activities in 1998 in the City of Córdoba, Argentina.
It is oriented to the diffusion of artists enrolled in different disciplines, drawing, painting, sculpture, engraving and photography, most of them young and established artists linked to contemporary and modern art.
Committed to the activity not only commercially but also from that linked to the learning reflected in the clinics that are given for artists but also in the training of young collectors. Its director Alejandro Dávila has been director of museums and is curator in many exhibitions in museums and cultural spaces of the Argentine Republic,
Participates in various fairs in cities such as New York (USA), Miami (USA), Los Angeles (USA), San Pablo (Brazil), London (UK), San Francisco (USA), Seoul (Korea), Lima (Peru) , Bogota (Colombia), Barcelona (Spain) among others. It has a headquarters in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
