Founded in 2017 by Marcela Setton, Quadra gallery is located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The gallery focuses on the production of young Brazilian contemporary artists, having as guiding principle and selection criteria the freedom to experiment. Quadra's curatorial approach emphasizes strongly a close collaboration and partnership with the represented artist, allowing a mutual growth through the set up of exhibitions and the organization of debates.with art critics and curators, in a permanent effort to create a reflection on the state of Brazilian contemporary. This dialogue aims, above all, to encourage the creation of new collections, indeed, convinced by art's transformative power, Quadra's mission is to make art part of everyday life.
