Statement

Marcelo Brodsky's entire body of work is constituted with relations between the image and the word. Working with a double reading, his colorful works full of marks and handwritten notes in different calligraphic tones and bright colors on the surface of black and white images, offer re-reading of those images, that through those writings interventions, reveal a deeper reflection on those events in history and about  the place of the realities that we inhabit.
