Bio
Chilean architect and artist. She moved to Berlin in 2015 to participate in the Takt Kunstprojektraum residency. He lived in the city for 2 years, making several group and individual exhibitions there. Throughout her career she has taken part in exhibitions and fairs both in Chile and abroad.Her work is characterized by being geometric, meticulous and repetitive. Artworks that attract and hypnotize the viewer, inviting to interact with them.
Statement
Through the use of geometric figures and repetition of patterns, I create works in where I reflect on light, nature and time. Three elements that are linked, and determine our perception of the environment, define our spatial and visual limits, and even our sensations.
Artworks that are serious in their appearance, guided by symmetry and mathematics, but playful in their hypnotic textures and vibrant colors.
