Statement
In my works I distinguish the void as a trigger, as a sensation that accompanies me and is proposed in my productions as the possibility of interpreting potentialities that are linked to the paradigm of uncertainty as a portal.
Driving me to new searches, from proposals that are established as excuses of the landscape for the representation of ideas or sensations.
I use simple elements, generally the line, to build complexities that think and translate counterpoints between space and time, place and “not place”, subject and object, in the face of desire as a desire to materialize the impossible on a background of absence.
Condensation and displacement, metaphor and metonymy are concepts that haunt and constitute the effects of this incompleteness that I try to resolve or explore. To propose a poetic art that can, perhaps, represent me without my knowing it and that threatens to sweep away the space of the incognito, the veil that hides it, the enigma that invites us to decipher.
