Group exhibition of contemporary sculpture “Natural Successor”

The Fundación Pablo Atchugarry in Miami is delighted to present an introductory exhibition in honor of the inauguration of The Atchugarry Museum of Contemporary Art, MACA, slated to open in Punta del Este, Uruguay in January 2022.

Featuring: Henrique Oliveira, Pablo Atchugarry, Roberto Pugliese, Artur Lescher, Arcangelo Sassolino, and Yuken Teruya.

Dual exhibition featuring Anne Cecile Surga and Sophie Ullrich

This exhibition tells the story of two female artists, sculptor Anne Cecile Surga (b. 1987, Lavelanet, France) and painter Sophie Ullrich (b. 1990, Geneva, Switzerland).

 

Besides, Otro Mundo (Another World) by contemporary Cuban conceptual artist Dagoberto Rodríguez’s presents inaugural non-fungible token (NFT) Rodríguez, together with composer Joan Valent, bring the artist’s iconic watercolors to life, transporting viewers through a simulation of futuristic tunnels.

This year the guest speaker is noted artist, architect, and filmmaker, Alfredo Jaar. Born in Chile, Jaar lives and works in New York. He creates installations, photographs, films, and community-based projects that explore issues around humanitarian crises, and the relationship between the First and Third Worlds.
