Professional Experience: 2001-Present:  Private advisor and Dealer for International collectors mainly in the areas of Modern/Impressionist, Contemporary International, Latin American and Asian Art.

Advisory on buying and selling at auction as well as privately for corporate and private collections. Curatorial participation in client’s exhibitions and cataloguing of collections.

1993-2001 Christie’s New York Vice President and Director of Client Advisory Group for Latin America.

Director of Regional offices, involving close cooperation with Christie’s representatives in Latin America and assisted in the hiring and establishment of new offices in Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Mexico.

Experience with top 10% collections and clients in the area that involved extensive contact and development with all the fine art departments. Overseeing business development and marketing strategies with the regional offices throughout the region including hiring and training international representatives for the company. Organizing art seminars, providing for appraisals of corporate and private collections, strategic business marketing for art fairs, private treaty sales and deaccessioning  Extensive travel in the region. Conducted lectures on Latin American Art and the auction market  throughout Latin America and Miami.

1988-1993- Sotheby’s Apprenticeship program which included the 3 year program of internship in every department of the auction house to train, develop skills and work on projects, particularly in cataloguing, marketing, business development, business law and executive training.

Assigned for extended periods at Client Advisory, Furniture and Decorative Arts including Silver and Jewelry, Latin American, Old Masters, 19th Century, American and Contemporary Works of Art.

Developed and created the position of Business Development for Client Advisory of VIP collections in New York.
